Policies and Procedures

All our policies are in line with the OFSTED national standards, we follow these standards at all times. Our registration policies will be displayed in the pavilion throughout the summer for your perusal.

Registration Forms & Emergency Care

Each child must have a completed registration form (these forms must be completed when child / children are dropped off for their day of camp) with emergency contact
and health check details available. If your child is injured or has an allergic reaction whilst on site we will contact the person you have listed on the registration form and if necessary call an ambulance and have them taken to hospital. Parents may only leave the premises once their child / children have been signed in by a member of staff.

Security

Your child’s safety is paramount. It is essential that you inform us as to who is picking up your child. A password is required for the person picking the child up if different from the one dropping them off.
