Stock Brook Country Clubs aim is to encourage the long term health of its members by promoting the philosophy of wellness TM - an ideal of mental and physical balance achieved through exercise, good eating habits and a positive approach to life.
We have two studios and using this to maximum effect provide a fitness studio, with traditional and newly inspired classes for all levels of ability, along with a Mind, Body and Soul Studio where we have looked to the East and realised Western life has a lot to learn. Disciplines such as Yoga, Pilates and Mobility & Motion are aimed to fine tune, de-stress, clear and focus the mind as well as get you in shape. |
