Stock Brook Country Clubs aim is to encourage the long term health of its members by promoting the philosophy of wellness TM - an ideal of mental and physical balance achieved through exercise, good eating habits and a positive approach to life.

We have two studios and using this to maximum effect provide a fitness studio, with traditional and newly inspired classes for all levels of ability, along with a Mind, Body and Soul Studio where we have looked to the East and realised Western life has a lot to learn. Disciplines such as Yoga, Pilates and Mobility & Motion are aimed to fine tune, de-stress, clear and focus the mind as well as get you in shape.

Pole Dancing

This class is fun, friendly and supportive.  Everyone is welcome, no matter what age, shape, size or gender (it’s not just for ladies).  Pole Dancing is a great way to get fit and boost your confidence. 

New Pole Dancing Course

Friday 10th September 2010 at 10.30am.

This is a 6 week course. 

Cost for Members and Non Members are as follows;

Members £30 for a 6 week course and Non Members £75.00.

After a workout, tennis or golf game, relax and enjoy anything from a light snack to a hearty meal in
the friendly atmosphere of the clubhouse bar & restaurant.
