Aerobics
 
Stock Brook holds over 40 aerobics classes each week. The classes range from Aquacise in the pool, to Hatha Yoga and Postural Pilates. As the interest in fitness and well being continues to grow, Stock Brook has played its part in the fitness revolution being one of the first clubs to in the country to offer four of the seven Body Training System classes.

Classes highlighted in bold are within the crèche times.
